01Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 77pg. This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 77pg ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 77pg platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel we provide — you are deemed to have read and fully agreed to all terms contained in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to continue using the 77pg platform. These terms apply together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, which also forms part of the overall agreement between you and us.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use the 77pg platform, you must meet the following requirements:

03User Account

You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. 77pg recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Not sharing login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security on your account.
• Log out of your account each time you finish using the platform, especially on public or shared devices.
• Notify the 77pg support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

77pg will not be liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by a third party due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. However, if you promptly report a case of unauthorised access, our team will act to protect your account as quickly as possible.

A 77pg account is for personal use only. You are not permitted to transfer, sell or lease your account to any other party for any reason.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

77pg supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, online banking (Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now and others), as well as approved digital wallets. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: The minimum deposit is as stated on our Deposit page. Deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds after bank confirmation. 77pg does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal: Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account that has been registered and verified under the same member's name. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and ensure funds reach the rightful owner. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method, but are typically completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• The first withdrawal requires completed identity verification (KYC).
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirements cannot be included in the withdrawal amount.
• 77pg reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawals suspected of involving fraudulent activity will be placed on hold pending investigation.

05Bonuses & Promotions

General terms that apply to all 77pg bonuses:

08Account Closure

Closure by 77pg: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term within this document.
• Reporting of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Request from relevant authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, 77pg reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation confirms no breach, the eligible balance will be returned to the member.

09Liability Limits

77pg provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be error-free, uninterrupted or meet all your expectations. To the extent permitted by law:

• 77pg's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
